Basement walls were coated with Loxon XP to manage moisture and improve durability, while concrete floors received two coats of Armorseal for a clean, uniform, and long lasting finish. All existing surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to coating to ensure proper adhesion and performance.
