Basement Masonry and Floor Coating Upgrade

Basement masonry walls were coated with Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP to manage moisture intrusion and improve long-term durability, while concrete floors received two coats of ArmorSeal for a clean, uniform finish. All surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to coating to ensure proper adhesion, consistent coverage, and reliable performance.

Drylok on walls, Armorseal on floor, enamel on beams – 2 coats each for a strong, lasting finish.
Waterproofed Basement Coating System

Waterproofed basement finish featuring Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP–sealed masonry walls for moisture protection, a durable ArmorSeal floor coating for long-term performance and simplified maintenance, and enamel-coated support beams for a clean, durable finish. All coating systems were applied following proper surface preparation to ensure consistent coverage and reliable performance.
